Everything was great

In a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Very spacious and friendly hosts who were available to find us taxi drivers when needed. Good value.

The bathroom was very spacious, but would be better if there was a solid door. Curtains in bedroom are nice, but would be better if the color was darker as it gets daylight before 6 am.

The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, providing a calm and relaxing environment. It’s a great place to unwind, away from the noise and crowds.

The wardrobe provided is quite small and cannot support much weight, making it difficult to store your clothes properly. As a result, you may have to leave them on the tables. Additionally, before taking a shower, you’ll need to request the staff to increase the water pressure; otherwise, it won’t be possible to enjoy a normal shower.

The shower is bad and dirty and drain was clogged

10/10 - I will stay here again. Great apartment—clean and modern. The management is responsive, and the neighborhood is quiet. Plus, the free parking is spacious. Highly recommended!

The apartment is big! It has a kitchen where we can cook our own food and coffee maker for coffee lovers like us. The street is in a quiet neighborhood. White beach and restaurants are around 10mins away from the property. WiFi was good during our stay. Mark was helpful and attentive. He always offered to call us a tricycle if we needed one. Highly recommended.

Super spacious, clean and fully stocked. Quiet day and night. Comfy bed, decent shower. Full sized fridge, 4 stove cooker. Mark who greeted us was lovely and instantly made us feel welcome. You can rent a scooter from here too. The area is quiet but it is just 10/15 mins from the main town but actually just 5 from a more local side of town where you can find lots of local pot shops (food places with all the pans outside - not sure of the actual name)

There was a few bugs here and there but no big deal. Also the towels were more like small blankets but again tiny subjective problems. Deffo recommend staying here, also close to the bus station to and from Cebu! We got a motorbike taxi for 50peso from the bus stop to the casa.
