Even though I requested an additional pillow (the one provided was very small), asked for the towels to be changed, and requested that the garbage be taken out, none of these requests were addressed. During my 5-day stay, the garbage was never removed, and I received neither a response nor any indication that my requests were being handled. The lack of communication and service was disappointing and negatively impacted my overall experience.

We loved the neighborhood, it's super quiet and not far from the subway and supermarkets. The room is great, everything is brand new. Easy access and quick response from the host.

The pillows were really bad and small, they looked like baby pillows. When we asked to change our pillows, they said they were full and didn't have any extra pillows. The towels were very thin and of poor quality.

Quarto grande e amplo, camas confortáveis e realmente o que deixou a desejar foi o travesseiro que de fato era muito pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhasse demais. O banheiro era bem espaçoso e agradável. Ficarei outras vezes ai!
