Habitacion grande, limpia, baño perfecto. Cama comodissima, y yo no entiendo las quejas de los cojines porque son comodissimos. Todo muy bien.

La ubicacion esta un poco lejos de los lugares de interes. Tienes a 25 minutos la estacion de bus i de tren por si quieres visitar cosas. Pero si vas cargada con maletas tienes que cojer taxi.

The room is spacious with a microwave and fridge, which is very convenient. The hairdryer is a Dyson and works pretty well. The bathroom's hot water system requires reading Japanese instructions to adjust properly—people from English-speaking countries might find the water not hot enough.

This accommodation was truly disappointing in every way. We checked in punctually at 3 PM and encountered the front desk staff at the entrance, but inexplicably, despite having emailed our passport photos to the property beforehand, the front desk staff used what appeared to be a personal mobile device to photograph our passports again during check-in. Having stayed at so many Japanese hotels, the standard procedure is to take the passport to a copier for duplication, not to snap photos with what seems like a personal phone, right? Following their instructions, we entered the code to access Room 301, only to discover the room was completely uncleaned! We immediately went downstairs to report it to the front desk, where a Vietnamese-speaking male staff member actively contacted the property owner, though we couldn't understand their conversation. While we temporarily left our two large suitcases in the room, the same Vietnamese-speaking front desk staff pushed a basic cleaning cart to tidy up Room 301 himself. Cleaning should clearly be handled by the hotel's dedicated housekeeping team, not the front desk receptionist—what a burden on this poor staff member! After check-in, the internet was as notoriously poor as everyone had reviewed. Every corner was covered in dust, and due to the initial unclean state, we still had to clean it ourselves upon moving in, including wiping down all the dusty areas! The pillows at this accommodation truly live up to the reviews—they can hardly be called pillows. On the third night, when we returned, we discovered the door lock was completely unlocked—the hotel staff had apparently jammed the middle latch temporarily without resetting the electronic lock properly, and we even tested ourselves to figure out exactly how such a situation could occur.

La única pega que pondría era que las almohadas eran muy finas, podrían poner unas mejores.
