Hotel ZIZI Horikawa Gojo

Everything is great, the location is good if you are able to walk the 7 min to the nearest subway station. The room is more roomy than it appears on the photo. The bed is comfortable, the shower is even better.

The absolutely only thing that would be needed to make this the perfect place to stay is a better pillow. I put a sweater underneath it, because it is basically so thin that when you lie on it it feels like there is no pillow.

部屋が綺麗でバスルームが広くトイレ洗面とバスルームが別々で良い

無人対応は初めてだったが入口ドアの解除にちょっと手間どる　部屋にある金庫の番号が案内書に明記されていたが番号を変えないでくださいとなっていた　これでは金庫の意味ないよね

I read a lot of negative reviews about the accommodation when first booking this place, in particular about the rooms and service. To our surprise, the rooms were actually quite big, comfortable, and with a huge bathroom. I expect that most of the negativity comes from people wanting a 5 star experience, but are not willing to pay for it. The location was also extremely convenient to explore other portions of the city.

My biggest gripe, and why it did not score higher, is with the communication with the check-in. Because they send you the information very early, the next guest came into the room while we were still there. I think this is partially the next guest's fault for not properly reading the message and the check in time. However, I would expect that the company to not provide the access information so early and wait closer to actual check in. Otherwise, the wifi is not the best and the pillows were super uncomfortable, it would help if they provided a couple extra.

房間有一個微波爐很方便！！！ 可能因為是L字型的建築設計，不會聽到隔壁房間的任何聲音，頂多會聽到隔壁開門出去的聲音，隔音蠻不錯的 浴室的空間範圍很舒服

比較小的雙人間有點難整個攤開平放行李箱，比較好放的地方是桌子下面，放在走道會很難走路 窗簾是百葉窗，早上的時候透出來的光對喜歡暗暗睡覺的人會受不了😭 床頭的部分整個都是棉絮，床單上面也有一些 最爛的是枕頭🙄裡面的棉花已經結塊，非常的難睡覺
