I wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience during our stay at Sea. Overall, everything went very smoothly, and we had a wonderful time. The instructions for entering the building and the apartment were precise and easy to understand, and the same goes for parking (street parking!), which was much easier than expected. There was a small miscommunication regarding the number of bedrooms between Booking.com and the host, but the host was easily reachable by phone and quickly rectified the situation for us, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is in a great location, close to grocery stores and Via G.B. Fardelli with many stores and cafes. The walk to the old town and other attractions are totally doable from the apartment. There is also a small elevator that makes it easy to get up to the 4th floor where the apartment is located. The apartment is renovated and has modern fixtures. Both bathrooms are spacious – the showers are sized generously, the water pressure is great, fixtures are modern and bathrooms are very comfortable to use. The kitchen, too, offers everything necessary. We cooked every day, and although the cooking ware was on the minimal side, it still allowed us to cook easily for 3 people every day. The living area is welcoming and spacious - a great place to relax and unwind. I do have a couple of suggestions that could make the overall experience even better. Adding a coffee table in the living room and perhaps a chair or a bench by the wardrobe would be great additions to the apartment. Also, maybe more than one kitchen towel for a one-week stay would be great. Thank you once again for providing such a lovely and comfortable place for our stay. We definitely would consider staying here again in the future.

Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato. Ottima disposizione degli spazi e importante presenza della verandina con lavatrice e stendibiancheria.

Da migliorare sicuramente gli infissi, che stonano rispetto all’arredamento e risultano poco efficienti per limitare i rumori provenienti dalla strada

Very spacious and clean. We were a group of five adults and it was more than big enough. Very close to large supermarket. Easy parking outside on road.

+ modern, clean and comfortable equipment + spacious (can easily accommodate 6 people) + sufficiently equipped kitchen and possibility to do laundry + possibility to park (free) even in the late evening + easy and fast communication with the landlady + a large grocery store within 4 minutes walk + a restaurant and pizzeria in the area within 3 minutes walk

It's realy hard to find anything "what was wrong". Ok, maybe one small thing - the accommodation is not in the historic center, but 3km walk from it. But it was not surprising for us, It's a occasion to have a nice walk that will make you hungry to try the specialties in the local restaurants in the historical center :)

Great, big apartment and furnished very well. Free parking easy to find close to the building. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great hub to stay & explore around for sure Negative: The owners seem more obsessed on getting our id card copies than allowing us to enter the apartment. They gave us the wrong entry code by mistake for the main door, and when we were speaking to them for the right code….they were asking for id card copies instead of the code to let us in. Very weird! Also, no instructions to operate the heating and we spent a freezing evening. Anyway, they came in the morning & sorted it out.

Apartment was perfect, very spacious, cozy, nicely decorated. We liked everything! Easy free parking on the street during off-season (October). Kitchen had all the things needed, including salt, sugar, oil, even honey, jam and water.

Great, spacious apartment—very clean and comfortable. Excellent host.
