Luxury Sea House

Property is very well equipped and have plenty of space. Hot days are not a problem due the presence of air conditioning on many rooms. Also have a washing machine that is a plus. Superclean and the smell when you enter at the property, is amazing. Traveling by car is not a problem due you can park around the property with no cost.

Only thing missing for us was a microwave and a toaster. But enough kitchen itensils to save it.

Was very comfortable and relatively easy to find a park once we got there. Apartment is very big with all toiletries supplies as well as washing machine with detergent.

We were unsure about the title “sea house” as we were nowhere near the sea - although we expected to be. We had to drive to the old town and the port.

Very clean and spacious, good value for money.

One of the matresses was caving in on one side. One of the rooms did not have AC and the light was not working. The windows do not soundproof well.

The flat is big ans spacious. Air conditioning available for the hot summer days. Excellent communication with the host.

We had very nice stay in this lovely apartment. I appreciate 2 rooms with king size beds as we were traveling two couples. Everything was clean and we feel really comfortbale during entire stay.

This is a stunningly beautiful large two bedroom apartment with separate kitchen area. We felt it was very nicely situated being about 2.5km out of the old town which is easy enough to get to. Whilst it is air-conditioned the second bedroom only had a ceiling fan but the air-conditioning did cool down the whole apartment. Loads of space to park on the road outside if travelling by car. The apartment is also a short walking distance from the Erice cable car. The host met us to hand over the keys and explain the facilities. Would definitely consider staying here again. Great value for the money.

Clean ,airy and spacious apartment. Modern and comfortable accommodation, close to the center town. Parking nearby the street.

Spacious and clean property. Had a lift so didn’t have to take the stairs. True locals area. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, washing machine and kitchen.

A little bit of a distance from old town - Centro storica. Mine was second room - not air conditioned but had a very noisy ceiling fan. Temperatures were extreme so needed air conditioning.

Wonderful and comfortable apartment. It’s newly renovated and well designed. The space is also very clean and functional. Spots by the entrance for keys, jackets etc. Plenty of hangers and the main bedroom even has two luggage racks! Next to the kitchen is an enclosed balcony with washer and dryer, sink and clotheslines. The bathroom offers plenty of space and has a walk-in shower we loved. One of the nicest bathrooms we have had in vacation homes. It was quiet although the apartment is at a central location. There is air conditioning and heat but we didn’t use it. The apartment building seems well kept and has a small elevator that worked perfectly for my elderly Papà! Easy and punctual check-in/out, easy communication.

It would be nice to have a dedicated parking spot but we were always able to find a parking spot nearby. The main building door was sometimes a bit funky to open but I’m sure it’s something that can easily be repaired. We didn’t cook but the kitchen has most necessary items. A coffee maker would be a nice addition (Mokka available). A chair or bench by the entrance would make it perfect! The living room has a very comfortable and inviting sofa. We always ended our day there chatting and enjoying the space. However, there is no coffee table which makes it a bit hard to place beverages etc.
