Great facilities, and great location; I wish I’d had more time to use them. Fast walk to the lake and many restaurants / ice cream shop. The manager went above and beyond for me multiple times. I’d recommend this to anyone.

"The best location in Rotorua"

The location is, in my opinion, the best in Rotorua. Away from the main drag of Fenton but still a short walk to Eat Street and other restaurants. The motel is located across the road from the lake and the beautiful regenerated lakefront park and boardwalk. Very comfortable bed and a clean unit. Plenty of free parking. The host, Barry, was friendly and helpful with useful local knowledge.
