Bed comfort, i did not like that smell of that water bathroom

The only good thing about this hotel were d staff. They were amazing, this hotel is sold as a 4 star but it really is a2 star, it’s dated and in die need of an upgrade, bathroom sink was visibly dirty with scum, what was on d bed could not pass for a proper duvet, room smelled wired . It just looked old, I felt deceived ! The breakfast was modest also. I did not like it to be honest ! The only good thing was the staff! I gave my white shirt for washing, they destroyed it for me

I love the people that work there, very nice, great service. I didnt like the bathroom door made noises when tou open or close it,very bothersome,.

I had a nice experiencia at this hotel, the manager and the staff were all attentive and the security ty guard was always ready to help, just need a place at the bathroom where to hang towels

We really enjoyed this hotel! This was our first time in El Salvador so we didn’t really know what to expect. The service was great as everyone was friendly and accommodating. It is about a 10 min drive from the Galería Mall and about 25 minutes from downtown. My family and I felt super safe and welcomed. We were traveling with my 11 month old and they didn’t have a crib though. I’m not sure if it’s not a common thing to offer in ES or they simply don’t have them. The pupusa restaurant next door was pretty good too!

Everything was great! Front desk service is also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also delicious, however the waiter was rude and seemed rushed and with an attitude. We had breakfast twice and he always behaved like that with all the people waiting. Parking lot is not the best, the guards prefer to save spots for the casino clients and forget that the hotel guests also need to park. This hotel has a lot of potential but if they do not solve the parking situation it will become an issue for future visits. I probably would not consider staying again because if you go to have dinner or go anywhere else you feel stressed there will be no parking spots. If you are an uber person this hotel works perfectly; but if you have a car might try to consider this.

Good Breakfast

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was good but you only have limited options. People were amazing, everyone was so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
