No hay suficiente parqueo, el casino lo absorbe. Todo el ruido de los pasillos se escucha dentro de las habitaciones

Convenient location. Fast Check-in, parking, you can get breakfast included $. Rooms: great looking floor, AC, comfortable beds, pool, room service until 11 pm. TV & great housekeeping staff. No elevator. Front desk not super friendly, mostly cold/mechanical. I worked at hotel for 11 years, be friendlier. Room: tub dirty/grimy. Took pics, anti slip mat so so looking. Lots of stains all around, jacuzzi and jets looked dirty. Gray paint had a “design” which just make it looked dirty. Breakfast: 7 days, order was right only a few times, didn’t bother correcting it. 3 times other party showed up after us and had their food before us; once a party finished their food before we got ours. few parking spaces: there is a casino on site. Note: one day where there was an event by pool area, birthday party? I was not notified of the event. Hotel rules: no noise after 10 pm. Music loud until after midnight and noise until 1 am. I filmed from my room. Called the front desk few times after 10, was told it would be over in 30 minutes. not the case. Guests in hallway screaming at staff asked for a refund at 1am. Next day spoke to manager. Was told staff member should have informed guests of event. I asked why it was allowed on so late? seems the party was for/by the owners/association so they could stay as late as they wanted. The manager apologized. However there was not attempt to make up for the extreme inconvenience. Problems with communication via email-no response

Excelente servicio, sin embargo a veces las tuberias del baño tenian mal olor, por lo demas excelente hospedaje.
