NZWe bought our own food and made breakfast in the apartment we stayed in. We loved everything! Super clean, great view, comfy beds, great space, loved the decor and artwork. Great stay.
AUThe electric blinds, and electric toilet. The fridge and cupboard were packed with a variety of milk. The owner helped when I had initial issues. Dryer and washer machines worked fine

NZThe location was VERY good - right in the heart of the city - easy walking distance to all amenities we were interested in. The bed, pillows, linen, towels etc were all very good quality. The studio was nice and clean and VERY quiet for the city. Good, quick communication when there was a problem (solved)
I was shocked at the size of the studio, it was VERY small - smaller than most bedrooms I would think.
NZReally cosy place with everything we needed. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Water pressure was superb! Luggage stand in cupboard was really useful. Very convenient location with lots of food choices and buses nearby. we felt safe in and around the pinnacles. Environment is pleasant.
Nothing except we didn’t realise the studio was the onsuite of a larger apartment. Also, the comfy chair felt a little tight in the studio. I wasn’t expecting a Vape shop on the ground floor near the entrance of apartment.

NZNZWe recently stayed in a studio, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Although it was a bit small, it was exactly what we expected, so there were no surprises. The studio is well-equipped, and I appreciate the attention to detail. What stood out to us was the excellent service despite it not being a traditional hotel. Jason was accommodating with our early check-in and allowed us to drop off our bags early, which made our arrival much smoother. The location is unbeatable—10/10. We decided not to rent a car/ use parking facilities and took the airport express bus, which conveniently dropped us off nearby. Additionally, across the street, there was a scooter parking area where we got a 3-day pass ($25 only) so getting around was super easy and fun! One of our highlights was refillable eco-friendly soaps instead of single-use ones. It’s always nice to see places making sustainable choices.
A small tip: be cautious when cooking as the hot plate heats up quickly. We set off the fire alarm once, so just keep that in mind! Additionally, you could hear the other room next door a bit but luckily they were not noisy.

Parking at the site would have been great, though I'm assuming only one space was available for the two apartments, & this was already booked by someone else. Though the host did give us detailed information as to where we would find parking elsewhere.
