Nothing - it was absolutely perfect from start to finish!
NZI was in the studio, and guests arrived into the adjacent 2-bedroom (the other "half" of the studio) ready to party at 1am. Around 2:30am I had enough of the loud music and chatter and asked them to stop, which they luckily did. Perhaps there could be an explicit rule that no partying should happen on the premises, or that there is a curfew for loud music?
NZLocation was fab, so close to Central Wellington area for both sides to either Cuba or uptown to Lambton Quay in a short walking distance. The apartment was super warm with amazing views! The beds were super comfy making for a restful nights sleep. Kitchen facilities fab! Bathroom spacious and attentive to detail - lovely toiletries provided. Host was super responsive to messages and sending all detail needed to make the planning for our trip and stay stress-free. I loved the chocolate bars and different types of plant based milks available, use of washing machine/dryer facilities just adding that extra cherry on top. This apartment was a lovely space to chill and had everything needed for a great place to stay in Wellington.
The main bedroom bed could have been turned around for the view of the harbour - this is my own preference not something I didn't actually like, just a suggestion for making it better

Location of keys - a resident helped us as they knew where they were. I would of struggled in this area as was quite a walk through the lane at night to find.

NZGreat central location, with a private feel, ease of access, parking was no hassle, the room was well serviced, immaculate with everything we needed, including washing and drying facilities.
