Bad location and behavior staff rude

Staff was very polite and cooperative. Location was also good.

Improve cleanliness of their washrooms Room cleanliness should be improved as there were used tissues in the room. Also towels were not clean although we asked them three times to give us another towels but they didn’t.

I liked it's food, cooperation & friendly behavior

I liked everything but Blanket was old & little bit smelly

The breakfast was not good limited in very small menu .cleaner did not clean rooms every day.

Hotel is just off the mall, adjacent to old anarkali food street, very easy to reach metro and orange line sttations from her. Complimentary breakfast was healthy and if someone wants to enjoy lahori foods like murgh chanay, nihari, falooda lassie everything is available nearby. Educational institution like NCA, Punjab university old campus, KIng Edward medical college /university, Punjab secretariat, Lahore high Court are just on walking distance. By metro and orange line you may go anywhere in lahore easily with very meagre cost.

They should invest on their wash rooms.
