I had booked a hotel for two days, and we arrived at the hotel at 6 AM. However, the hotel staff said that the two-day count doesn’t work that way. They told us that since we were checking in now, we would have to check out at 12 PM the same day. Even though we booked the room for two days, they charged us 5,200 PKR for just a 5-hour stay. On top of that, the AC was not working, the bed was infested with bedbugs, and there were cockroaches in the room. The hotel's location was also not good, and the staff was overcharging us despite our two-day booking. How does it make sense to check in at 6 AM and be forced to check out at 12 PM the same day? The hotel's service was terrible, and the staff was not cooperative at all, especially during the night shift. Very bad experience.

The environment is good. No hustle and bustle. Neat and clean hotel with friendly staff.
