The place was not clean. There were cobwebs in the corners, carpets that smelled old and hadn’t been changed in decades, and the bed linen seemed to have been washed at home, with visible stains – definitely not professionally cleaned as expected in a hotel. The surfaces of the upholstered chairs were stained, even the plastic kettle was covered with a layer of soot. Overall, the cleanliness was very poor – it felt like you might stick to something at any moment. Do not eat dinner there! The food appeared to be left overnight in heated containers. While we were eating breakfast, the hostess was lifting the lids and checking leftovers, probably reheating only what’s needed. Breakfast was awful – frozen sausages and similar low-quality food. Yet the price was like in a Michelin restaurant. The hygiene standards matched the rest – old tablecloths, dirty mirrors, and again that feeling of stickiness everywhere.

English breakfast was very very good. The Sri Lankan evening meal in the restaurant was excellent value and quality. Very generous portions. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but middling in quality. We slept well

Very comfortable bed, with a view of the sea.

Felt like there wasnt much staff working there, and it took quite a while to check in.

I've spend 10 minutes on a phone speaking with OYO trying to check out as no-one was at the reception desk and nobody came down after I rang a bell few times, even though it was nearly 9 a.m.

The room was clean and the the bed linen and towels clean and good quality. Good location, plenty of free parking and easy walk into St Davids.

Very little interaction with the hotel staff and reception only manned mid afternoon for check ins so difficult to speak to anyone to get information. Room decor and furniture a bit tired and grubby but clean enough. No room service during the 3 days we were there which was fine re bed and towels which didn't need changing but clean cups each day and bin emptying would have been helpful. Balcony outside room was a bonus but no furniture out there to sit on sadly, if I had known I would gladly have taken some
