La stanza non e mai stata riordinata e siamo stati 3 notti. Più volte abbiamo trovato scarafaggi in camera. Personale mai presente in struttura ma sempre da chiamare

Schöne ruhige Lage

Staff were friendly enough, short drive into town.

Place is next to a petrol station right on the main road so is very noisy. There was a loud, industrial whirring sound outside our room all night. Carpets were grotty. Bathrooms very outdated. You can hear all th e other residents very clearly as the walls are paper-thin. There was a 1.5 inch gap at the bottom of our bedroom door which let through a lot of light and noise from the corridor. We couldn't wait to leave.

Very friendly staff initially. But seemed to lack experience and were unsure in their roles. They were polite and respectful.

Extremely poor value for money. I have stayed at a lot nicer for less. It's like they have done the very basics to consider customers, and there was no warm or homely feeling there. The carpet in the lounge off reception was filthy. We were told if we wanted a buffet its best get it now as it can go a bit dry! The buffet was lovely but overpriced, and to call it a restaurant was really an insult. The breakfast was nowhere near worth £10! With cheap sausages, bland tomatoes, and don't even ask about the coffee! You don't offer a full English breakfast and not have any additional things such as Ketchup, Brown sauce or Lea and Perrins. It would be nice to have salt and pepper dispenser on the table, not packets, and not have them brought to you halfway through breakfast! The plastic carton of milk plonked on the table aside, the instant, too hot to drink coffee, was just the last straw. £7 for cereals! Are you joking?! Four Stars? I don't think so! Everything was done with minimum effort to gain maximum profit out of the hard-working people that stay there.
