The Ardingly Inn

Location was good as we were going to Ardingly College to see an amateur drama group perform.

Only one plug socket by bed, one bedside table and you had to get out of bed to turn the lights off. No cooked breakfast, poor choice ales

The room was not serviced by housekeeping for the entire week. I had to retrieve towels myself from a cabinet in the corridor. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of very poor quality and did not reflect what we paid for.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND ABUNDANT, THE CHEF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN TRYING TO SATISFY MY EVERY REQUEST

The only downside was that the kitchen wasn't open every day, especially in the evenings. This made it uncomfortable, as the closest open restaurant was a 20-minute walk away. It's doable, but when it rains, as it often does, it's not very pleasant. For lunch, however, we were always guaranteed an excellent meal at the bar next door. It would be helpful to consider keeping the kitchen open every evening to ensure a full service.

De locatie is perfect. Smack in the middle of city center. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk. Een van de redenen om naar Engeland te gaan :)

De staat van de kamer, de badkamer en het bed. Het bed was te slecht voor woorden. Je slaapt eigenlijk alleen in de kamer en een douche natuurlijk dus dat moet goed zijn. Dat was het hier niet. Ook het kamer personeel. Dat doet niets tijdens ons verblijf
