De airco was stil en de kamer was ruim.

Het bed was zeer en zeer hard. Was bijna niet op te slapen en heb zelfs een extra deken gevraagd om onder mij te leggen omdat het zo hard en slecht sliep. Ontbijt was verschrikkelijk. Drie (Engelse) ontbijt keuzes waarbij er geen verandering in het ontbijt gemaakt mocht worden. Deed het personeel dit eventueel wel zouden ze salaris vermindering kunnen krijgen van de eigenaar. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg en dat is niet te zien op de foto's. De foto's zijn erg geselecteerd op de beste kamers.

chambre spacieuse, draps propres..

personnel pas accueillant du tout, ou plutôt indifférent à ses clients... literie épouvantable, à peu près dormir sur une planche en bois...je suis restée bloquée. pas de papier toilettes, difficile pour nous accidentaux... il y à bien un sèche cheveux, accroché au mur mais il faut se sécher les cheveux les pieds dans l'eau, on s'est dit qu'on allait profiter du voyage encore un peu. le ménage n'est pas fait pendant le séjour, serviettes non changées,, nous sommes restées trois nuis.bref pas terrible

Aside from the place but also the owner. If you are in the industry you should know how to handle you staff as well as your customers. No wonder the place turned awefuy bad. The owner itself is the problem.
