but is actually unclean, the room looks nice but NO TV, NO REF, NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER.. but has complimentary breakkfast with no option - rice, sunny side up egg, 1 regular sized hotdog with orange juice. or sandwich option. the room stinks “mapanghi” the toilet doesnt look its been cleaned properly, the tiles has scums of old soap :( what a shame. it looks like it was a great place when it was still new but it wasnt maintained properly

Overall stay was good. They had a good internet connection for work.

They don’t have free coffee or tea. And they should put a water refilled/station outside the room aisles.

Fue perfecto, me encantó o a situación del alojamiento y la piscina y todo el personal fue muy amable y atento.

Some staff were helpful and approachable.

Staff kept telling us towels weren’t available (I messaged them a night before and they said yes) so we arrived and I asked where our towels were, they said they would have it ready by a certain time (we asked about 5 times) and they saw we were getting upset and then suddenly towels were available, this happened first day and our 2nd day, two different staff (2nd day we had 5 more people) I mentioned how the other staff member said and that she got towels from a room and then a few minutes later towels appeared. Rooms were dirty, stains in some of the sheets. Rooms had a certain smell, pool looked dirty. Ordered food and they messed it up, we had our order repeated back and yet we asked why some of the food did not arrive she said it wasn’t punched in the system and food took so long. Showers were cold and pressure was low.

Location is okay and the front area of the place.

I didn’t get the right room that I booked. The room we were in had no shower and the sink was clogged.

they handle us so smoothly and nicely although we check in so late 🤭
