Bassa nova villa

Very nice and modern, staff very nice, nice view

Some bedsheets were stained, and we did not have hot water

Staff were lovely and the food was great!! Room was spacious and bed was comfy enough. Rooms were decorated nicely but very basic. Our stay was fine but there could be improvements

Sadly there’s a few things we didn’t like - there was no hot water in the shower for our whole stay, the location seems very out the way which we did not realise when we booked however you can get tricycles easily from outside the hotel. It was quite noisy at times at night - the corridors are echoey, and our balcony door didn’t close properly or lock so we could hear the road and a very active cockerel all night! Breakfast was very basic but was still tasty, the eggs were cooked very well.
