When we arrived in person, we were extremely disappointed to find that the hotel did not match the images that were posted on booking.com. The accommodation was extremely dirty, worn down and poor quality. Our sheets were dirty, there was no hot water and the resort itself was covered in rust/mold. When we explained this to the staff, they told us that the manager would accept our refund (the manager was not at the hotel). We were appalled to find that the manager had denied our refund the following day. We attempted to contact the manager, however his provided phone number would not even go through. Due to this, we had to waste half a day going back to the accommodation, only to discover that the manager does not even live on the island of Bohol. He would’ve not even respond to messages/calls from his own staff. We then explained this via message to booking.com customer service, who did not help us, rather gave us a $35AUD “credit”. Quite disappointing on both ends!

The stay experience is very good, you can bask in the sun by the pool, and the traffic is very convenient. You can go to the seaside to watch the sunset on foot.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was amazing—very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were exceptional, especially Farah. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her service made our stay even better.
