Friendly staff, nice spacious room, comfy beds

Had to stress/race a bit to arrive before 8pm (reception closes afterwards). I think you can still call afterwards, but didn’t wanted to gamble on that :)

Al was wonderful! Polite. Informative. Very helpful, including carrying my bags up to my 2nd floor room. Made checking in very easy.

Christmas tree in the lobby could be removed. Also, this morning it appeared that someone had slept on the couch next to the Christmas tree. Cover up the door to the pool area as it looked unkept ex: debris all around. The look of the vending machine made it not appealing. In general, things need to be updated. It is obvious that the place was previously gorgeous and quite a venue. Hope someone can invest money in it to bring it back.
