Pretty good quiet location and a great park right opposite which was being enjoyed by young and old in the good weather. Loved the decor in the two bedrooms. Very comfortable sofa, shower was good and kitchen well kitted out. Extremely comfortable beds with good quality bedding, great night lights for reading and sturdy bedside cabinets for setting a cup of tea on. Plenty of storage for clothes. Very helpful host who was easily contacted and who sorted out a parking permit for us.

The property was quite dark particularly the second bedroom. Although the decor was dark which was very nice it was difficult to see in the mirror to put makeup on. A few wee bits of unfinished diy ie tiling to side of boiler, fence starting to rot and completely bent over to side of shed. Unpainted back door edging, unfilled holes to the wall where the living room curtain pole is. Chest of drawers in main bedroom starting to fall apart, signs of tiredness to decor. Unpainted skirting board top, fan in bathroom very dusty. A few stains on living room carpet and cupboard under the sink was dirty. All minor issues though as we could see the entire place, in particular the decor was well thought out but perhaps the furniture wasn’t as sturdy as it should have been. Would have liked to see another lock or some sort of security to back door. All minor issues though so don’t let them put you off booking.

Die Waschmaschine und der Wäschetrockner haben gut funktioniert, sollten aber aussen mal vom Baudreck gereinigt werden.

Such a cosy and comfortable climate controlled holiday let right next to a lovely park on a quiet street. Would recommend!

It was clean. The interior is nice. Everything you need is in walking distance. It was just an all around pleasant stay. We will definitely come back.

The location and beautiful park opposite the house was perfect. Apartment itself was very comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

Location was so convenient for beachfront access and town shopping but very quiet at night. The flat had everything youd need for a self catering stay and the beds were very comfy. We had a small dog with us and they were welcoming and accomodated him without charging extra. Bathroom was lovely and clean and new. A lot of care has gone into the interior design. Overall really lovely place.

Digging deep for negatuve feedback... the curtains in the bedroom are quite thin so if you like a dark room for a lie-in then bring an eye mask. Pillows are probably due a change soon but other than being pilled were genuinely comfortable and could see they have been washed.
