Really nice apartment, fantastic location, stay on the first floor. I am sorry, no noise from outside; if you open the window, the life of the area is fantastic. Near by you have a really small backary that is the one of best .from all Portugal. .

Ottima posizione. Appartamento molto curato e accogliente.

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente molto positivo, salvo una sola serata poiché in un appartamento/locale adiacente al nostro c'era una festa e facevamo fatica anche solo a parlare tra noi a causa del volume molto alto della musica.

Le canapé convertible n’est pas digne de ce nom Dormir dessus assure une nuit blanche et un lever douloureux ! Une prise murale de la cuisine est arrachée du mur et dangereuse Enfin, même pas de kit vaisselle, ni éponge ni torchon, pas une seule dosette de café ni thé Bref, aucune intentions pour le voyageur !

Everything is good enough. Bed is clean/fresh and good. Fresh renovation (need small painting in some spots, but in general no problem)

The central district (as probably everywhere is a similar one) with a lot of bars has some marginal people, but it's safe enough if you are not looking for troubles by yourself. Sometimes can hear a people from the street, but bedroom with strong door and enough quiet for good sleeping.

Apartment is located in the center of Lisbon but in a street that didn’t feel very safe. Across the apartment is a bar that is very loud and and people there are loud and don’t seem very friendly. The isolation of the apartment is close to zero as we could hear everything. The apartment was extremely dirty and completely unacceptable. My partner and I were genuinely disgusted from the moment we arrived. There were leftover food scraps in the sink, and the bathroom trash bin was full, including used diapers. Dirty towels were left hanging, and the rug next to the bed was visibly filthy. The kitchen was also in very poor condition — the dishes were not properly cleaned, which made it impossible for us to cook anything, as it felt very unhygienic. On top of that, there was a lot of dust throughout the apartment, along with dirty cushions in the living room and an unclean sofa. Overall, the level of cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard, and it completely ruined our stay.

Location in the heart of the nightlife.

One bedroom apartment not big enough for x4 adults. Sofabed springs of the pullout bed are broken, so mattress is not straight. It's impossible to sleep on. Sofa needs replacing its dirty. Toliet flush washer needs changing, water keeps running in the toliet. If guests sleep on sofabed, this room is facing the street so alot of noise outside of people shouting even with windows shut. Shower water is not hot enough and leaks out.
