Nothing to like i want a refund on my 5 nights for which I payed and not even sleep for 1 night.

The furniture in the room was dirty and some of it torned. Pictures on your website is misleading because it display comfortable and neat rooms but it is not value for your money. My son didn't expect a 5 star treatment but housekeeping is something that is important. He told the lady on duty which show him his room, he want to cancel and she'd refer him to cancel his stay with your website. We'd cancel on that specific night of 7 Des 2025 and continued with correspondence but with no luck. We had even communicated with the manager of the property but he referred the queries to your organization because he was still expecting his money. The whole Elegant City Guesthouse online booking was a bad experience.

There was nothing I found that was to my liking

My girlfriend fell and knocked her head open above her eye. I reported it to nosipo, but she wasn't concerned at all. This happened all because there's no lights next to the house

This is a communal house.there is no privacy and is very basic. It is not a guest house at all.

You can't lock door from outside

Double room was very small. The room smelled bad so had to keep the windows and door open although people walked past constantly. Shared bathrooms are a nightmare. No electric kettle, huge gas bottle standing in die kitchen for gas stove top which is extremely dangerous especially with different people using the facility. No secure parking although we paid extra for early/late check in, secure parking and fast internet. Internet was spotty. Very little utensils in a self catering place. Food and cold drinks left in communal fridge was taken. Designated smoking areas with no ash trays or seating. Braai never cleaned. Table at braai area falling apart. General upkeep and maintance of the house is not done. One shower has no bench or hooks to place clothes and also no basin in that shower. Other shower the door don't close fully due to one part being missing. Floors are washed but soap residue can be felt so no barefoot walking. In bedroom as well, can see the carpet was cleaned but sticky from soap resideu and assuming the cause for the smell is the carpet. No bins in bathroom for ladies. Tv remote and tv doesn't work although advertised.
