ZANothing as I did not like the place what you see on the pics and the place totally different worse part how do you share a bathroom ,shower and toilet with all guests highly unhygienic. The linen was not clean enough I just could not even found myself sleeping there had to book a different place after been on the road for more than 10hrs

ZANo one told us when we booked that there is a house full of staying in people that were drinking and playing very loud kwaito music. Apparently they live there. In one room there were 2 people half dressed lying on a mattress watching TV. The toilet and bathroom were shared by all the occupants and the shower just had an old curtain, no door. There were no safe parking and we had to park our rental car, full of luggage etc, in the street. No coffee or kettle facilities in the room and you could make use of the communal kitchen. We would like to request a refund for the R567 we paid. Needless to say we did not stay there bur rather found another guests house for the night and had to pay again

I booked through booking. Com and done the necessary payment too. Got to the property after waiting so long for them to open up I was told that unfortunately there is no space available. They wanted to send me to another location and I was not in favour of it. I spoke to the guy who manages the peoperty and he said I would have to cancel it and my money will be refunded. To date I have received no money yet despite me sending emails after emails

Dirty place, torn worn out sheets, linen not fitting the King bed, noise throughout night, no keys for you to come in or out we felt as prisoners & r not safe in case of emergency, TV not working & owner not interested to correct this, fridge not working, self catering place with no teaspoons, no electric kettle or stove, gas cylinder 19kg sitting next to the stove very unsafe.

We booked for 3 adult beds and only got 2 beds in the room, our booking was apparently given to someone else whilst we paid upfront and when we asked why we were told our initial room was given to someone else. This service was poor and unproffesional, you dont do this to guests if you want to have a prospering business. The very terrible thing at the start was the wrong adress initially given to us and we had to drive from the wrong location to the right one for 45min. This was a turnoff to my family. Bad experience with your business.
