Everything about the apartment was super good 👌

The location was ok

Smooth check in process, I enjoyed my room and how cozy and warm it was despite the cold outside. Having a kitchen in also helped for quick meals and making tea any time. And the location is a direct bus ride to and from the city center, overall also quite convenient!

A bit hefty deposit sum but it is refunded promptly post check out.

Very neat, well kept, scented very nice, and it had all the essentials we need for the cold weather (quality heater, well scented room, warm water, Wi-Fi, TV, coat hanger, etc)

I wish the host was a bit considerate with the deposit rule. Yes the 150 pounds security deposit is a standard payment, however not everyone feels safe to make such huge payment without seeing the house first, at least the main payment is already non-refundable! (If the house was a scam, at least I can handle the loss of 1 night’s fee, but a whole 150p, whoosh! That’s a lot) We were under the rain, exhausted with dead batteries after a long trip, but still we were not allowed in to plug our phones and charge a bit before making the 150p payment, my friend had to do the transfer with her 2% battery under the rain (mine was completely dead)..However, the deposit was refunded promptly after we checked out, and room was well kept.

Lovely place to stay Room very clean and tidy as was kitchen Great location Local to Tesco's and Aldi if you are using the Kitchen Facilities. 10 mins walk from tram station that feeds directly to city centre areas. Chip shop and Chinese and KFC all nearby Tesco also have a café where you can grab a breakfast or other food. Cant recommend this place enough really enjoyed our stay and we will be using it again
