Great location, very clean and comfortable.. the house was lovely and quiet and we had a really good sleep

It was quite and comfortable, I slept well and the private ensuite shower room was a nice touch 'there was also on street parking should you have a vehicle, plus it was almost a straight drive to the city centre should you choose to use your vehicle. I would definitely stay again when in Manchester.

Everything was fine, bare in mind that there is a shared kitchen and although it's to a nice spec. Some visitors may not tidy up after themselves when they have eaten. It's only a small gripe, but maybe a few signs asking people to tidy up after themselves wouldn't be a bad idea 😊

Very very clean and well looked after... good sized rooms and bed. Nice little kitchen/diner area too which was a bonus to have a communal area. The owner was very easy to deal with (answering any questions and messaging back). Easy checkin process. Great location, a very cheap and short taxi ride into Manchester Centre so no need to spend lots of £££ for a central location when you could just stay here! Polite host - highly recommend.

Great location. Facilities great, microwave, toaster, fridge cooker cutlery etc. Comfy bed, friendly hosts.
