Hotel was okay, clean etc and location was great, staff were lovely and friendly at reception and bar.

For breakfast, the service was extremely poor, the “hot” breakfast was served cold and not great quality so we did not eat it. Was very disappointing. The hotel does not look like the photos on booking.com, it is a bit dated..has all you need for a basic stay. Would not stay again.

Close to town centre and greenway

Really only 3star as lacks facilities of 4star. Poor communication at times between staff members which caused confusion at breakfast. Very noisy when staying at front of hotel due to traffic etc.
