Nothing ....A bit noisy but workmen have to get on with the job

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel in really beautifull part of the country.

Room was comfortable and clean.

I have never left a bad review but feel my experience with this hotel warranted it. The staff at reception were incredibly rude, I rang to book a room said they were too busy ring back later and hung up the phone, I rang back tried to book on phone quoted I was there for a wedding charged higher than online, then booked on booking.com and when hotel rang to confirm booking wanted to charge a higher rate than what was on booking.com Asked why my brother got wedding package rate they said when I rang I fid not mention I was going to a wedding, which I did and still tried to charge more. I went to check in under my married name she said I did not book under that when I went to my unmarried name said how were we supposed to find your booking, I literally said my married name and then my maiden name but seemed annoyed like they didn’t want to work there. I get it not easy working in hotels but front line staff facing public particularly at reception should learn to be better at customer service and pretend to be friendly even if they are not in good form.

Cost. €185 for midweek in Dungarvan is far too expensive

Pool and gym.

Bathroom shower pressure miserable, temperature variable and dial moved by itself to scalding. No shelf for own toiletries, no towel rail for hand towel by sink. Unit next to bed drawer would not stay shut if anything was put in it. Two weddings which took over reception area on checkin and when trying to get to room with guests not respecting other hotel stayers.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of options to suit everyone. Nice and hot. Friendly staff.

There was nothing that I didn't like about our stay,hence we are going back again next month.

Staff were friendly, hotel had a nice feel about it. Food was good and reasonably priced
