Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren auch gut.

Das Frühstück ist sehr ausbaufähig. Wir waren jeden Tag außer Haus essen, da uns die Auswahl und der Geschmack absolut nicht zugesagt hat.

El personal, la ubicación y la zona de la piscina son perfectos.

El personal es simplemente increíble, Sambo es el mejor, nos hicimos amigos al momento, siempre sonríe, lo adoramos! Amrin es muy dulce y amigable y sientes un respeto maximo. Aluciné, los gemelos que andan por allí son suuuuuper majos, el resto del personal e incluso el jefe son superbien, un día se nos acercó a ofrecernos comida que había traído para el... en general te hacen sentir super bien, como en casa. Me encanta. Yo en principio tenía la habitación estándar pero para pasar allí una semana no era la adecuada y la cambiamos por una estándar Deluxe... Esta es amplia y cómoda. Y se agradece un montón tener muebles y espacio 🥰... El desayuno está bien, si vas un par de días lo básico te sobra. Una semana quizás comiendo siempre lo mismo puede que canse pero como yo soy de costumbres no me afecta así que por mi todo perfecto 💯 Huevos, salchichas de ternera, nuddles, mini pancakes, mini croissant y mini torrijas, fruta, pan de sándwich, mollete, miel, mermelada, mantequilla, cereales, leche, zumo de naranja y un yogurt que de verdad es el más rico que me he comido nunca. Si quieres algo más tienes un Mart justo al lado y lo complementas al gusto. Piscina genial, mesa de ping pong😍 parking para la moto. De verdad que la sentí mi casa y si vuelvo desde luego que allí estaré .. Gracias por todo amigos! 'You're gut' Sambo!!!

The Matahari is a must stay when in Lombok kuta! The staff are so friendly, Sambo who we’ve mainly been in contact with has such a lovely smiley personality! We left for a couple days to Sumbawa and were able to leave our luggage there so we could travel more lightly. We of course stayed here again upon our return. The breakfast buffet even if small offers everything you need, bread, fruit, pancakes, eggs and some bami. Coffe tea and juice are also available! Great start to the day. I had a chill at the pool one day as well. Nicely cooled pool with beautiful greenery around. We had a deluxe room, large bed, fridge and a spacious bathroom!

The whole place is a complete misrepresentation. The rooms are less than basic. Bathroom had damp patches, and the fittings are all ancient. There were holes in the doors, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The room itself was tiny with no space for storage etc. The pool area has no shade, other than a couple of raised pergolas, too high for us oldies to climb up. With torn cushions. When asked about sun brolleys, some staff said they would find some, we were told later by the manager they didn't have any. It's not really a pool, more of a plunge pool. It claims to have a restaurant but doesn't. Poorest breakfast we were offered in the whole of Indonesia. If you mention any faults or complain. The standard response is "no refunds". This is upheld by the fact that you are asked to sign a waiver before you see the room.(Be warned). We booked for a week but left after two days. Ye
