Clean, well supplied with toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. simple but pleasant breakfast. Fan in the room was a god send!

Quiet location. Easy parking on site. Beautifully presented perfect for any length of stay. Great base for exploring near by. Great amenities and easy to relax in after exploring on holidays.

Lovely accommodation in a great location, close to train station, shops and restaurants, easy to get into Manchester city centre too. Accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, great shower and smart TV. Bedroom is spacious (i had plenty of room for my toddlers travel cot) Parking right outside, really good fan kept us nice and cool. The host is a lovely lady who is really helpful and friendly, left us tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and cereal and even gave my little girl a birthday gift! Highly recommend, will stay again. Thank you 😊

The Annexe was very clean and well equipped. The croissants were a lovely touch too.

I arrived when it was dark and i did struggle to see house numbers on the street and parked up and walked up the road to find it. A lit up sign would have made it easier to find, other than that everything was great.
