Location but not the access or four flights of stairs to get up to it that we weren’t told about on the ad only on instructions received the evening before arrival

Not enough pans/cutlery and only 1x hand towel and toilet still with urine in it and freezer door in the fridge broken and plug socket broken in lounge and pics on site are not all of this flat he has two different flats so mis represented he said he would attend with the missing items but never came very bad and told us he only leaves 1x hand towel anyway ! So for two people thats not acceptable or hygienic and he doesn’t respond immediately when you contact him which for us staying two nights meant we couldn’t cook a proper meal without more kitchen items so again not acceptable to not be checked before we arrived that everything was there for us

Oak View Apartment was quite simply - amazing. Spacious and clean with everything we needed. The bed was soooo comfortable, which can be really hard to find in a holiday rental. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just around the corner from the lake and lots of lovely restaurants, bars and beer gardens literally steps away. Checking in and out was super easy and considering you're getting an entire apartment in a perfectly central location the value for money is excellent! The only thing people might need to be aware of when booking is there are quite a few stairs. Didnt bother us at all but worth knowing for anyone with accessibility issues. Overall we would highly recommend and will definitely be back if we get the chance!

Stairs were a bit of a drag, a little more comfy seating in the living room would be nice. Bathroom situated a little inconveniently between living room and bedroom.

The apartment was not cleaned to a high standard. The floors are so uneven throughout. When booking the photos showed a separate lounge with sofa and armchair.
