The house is very modern and full of modern technology.

A visitor manual would be helpful to explain how to access the Quooker, central heating etc. For those of us who are less tech savvy a written explanation in a manual can speed things up.

House very spacious and location fine.

Lack of communication from host & felt uncomfortable with key fob being left on windowsill. No welcome pack/instructions for heating/ appliances left out for arrival (instructions for door & cooker tap found in drawer on day of departure). The property was very cold and no instructions left. My elderly father had to sleep in his clothes with 2 duvets: We found HIVE control in the base of the sofa bed on day of departure with no instructions again. All remote controls had no batteries in. No privacy blinds/ curtains on top floor. Felt exposed and this added to cold temperature. No mirrors in bedrooms. No hooks to hang coats/ wet items.

This property was immaculate, and set a the highest standard. This house has excellent style and a modern touch to every room, The penthouse bedroom was the win for me big glass viewing windows with own bathroom,I cant honestly rate this house enough. The kitchen is fantastic with all up to date cooking gadgets. Made cooking very enjoyable. A huge island in the centre where dining with others would be a fantastic evening around the table.

We had a lovely stay here, the house is immaculate and has everything you need. It’s only a short drive into Chapel Allerton which has some lovely bars. Ryan was really friendly and easily contactable for any questions you might have! We will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone.
