Great location, good facilities in a modern and well appointed house. Easy access and good to have offstreet parking. Attractive location and easy access into and out of the city centre and onto the local road network. Great for a group booking with good communal open plan kitchen/lounge and second large lounge that has a sofa bed if needed. Good showers and bathrooms on each floor.

There were a areas that could do with a better clean prior to occupation - the microwave and oven both had signs of previous use with the microwave still containing cooked chicken from a previous occupier (the oven had previously used tin foil - grease/food remnants etc). Its a really well appointed kitchen but there were no mugs, bottle opener or cafetiere which would normally be expected in this type of property. Wifi would be good and is usually something anticipated unless mentioned in the booking details. The garden table was broken but this had been acknowledged by the owner so wasnt an issue. Could do with some instructions for some of the kitchen equipment - principally the Quooker tap, we did Google it and worked it out but might be an idea for future occupiers. Blinds in the top floor bedroom velux windows wouldnt close so it is very light in the morning, also a bit disturbing having the totally glazed gable end with no curtains - a great feature but..! realise it is one way glass but it again makes it so light in the morning and needed sleep masks, also not sure about night time privacy!

Modern and spacious with excellent open plan kitchen diner. Bathrooms well finished and high spec. Good value for group of six. Only 15 mins by car to city centre.

Issue with no hot water in taps/showers apart from the Quooker tap in kitchen. Unable to enjoy the lovely bathrooms. Emailed for guidance but no response. Top floor twin bedroom had no blinds or curtains on full width feature window.

The owner took the time to call prior to out stay. A nice touch which made us feel valued. The house clearly had a lot of money sank into it when new, but I'm not sure how long ago this was. Premium white goods, large open communal areas with large, modern TVs and plenty of seating. Hot showers, fresh towels, and very comfortable beds. Space for two vehicles on the drive too. Generally, it was a good base for our stay. However, the house is not quite as up to scratch as in the photos.

One basic missing item. Toilet rolls! Thankfully, one of our party had some in his van! There are no instructions for the Quooker tap and resulting absence of a kettle made hot drinks difficult. Garden is in need of attention with broken furniture. A shame, as the weather was lovely and this would have been a great space. No curtains in the master bedroom made for an early start at sunrise. Seats around the kitchen island have been assembled incorrectly, leaving many without a foot rest. Just a little things I know but attention to detail matters.
