Beautiful house in good location for what we needed.

Probably an age thing on my behalf but getting code and paying deposit a little long winded.

Large rooms with plenty of space to sleep the 5 of us. Great location to get into Leeds and good parking. Easy access with lockbox. Lovely showers.

The bedding in the room with one single bed wasn't clean and there were cans of Pepsi by the side of the bed. It would have been nice to have been supplied with bin liners (no bins had them), tea-towels and washing up liquid. We couldn't use the hot water tap so due to a lack of kettle used a saucepan to heat hot water. Only two mirrors so not easy to get ready for a wedding. Some of the bins has rubbish in from previous guests.

We had a great time here. We were a group of four looking for somewhere with a great kitchen and living space and it didn't disappoint. We had a night booked in Leeds and loved being able to get the bi fold doors open and chill for a few hours in the superb kitchen and gardens before we headed out in to town. The kitchen has all you need and the lounge has a great feel and THE biggest TV I've ever seen! Everything is modern and has the 'wow factor'. Bathrooms are also great and the shower in the main bathroom was amazing after a 'heavy' night out in Leeds! The owner was also really friendly and we will definitely be staying here again when we have another night out in Leeds booked.

Just be aware that there is a refundable deposit to be paid. It did take us by surprise but Ryan (the owner) was great and we received it back within 24 hours of vacating as we looked after the place. Fully understand that some guests have not treated the place well, so if you are respectful, it shouldn't be a problem. Just a heads up to make sure you have the funds available prior to staying.

Lovely property. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, it is very spacious and a wonderful space for an evening of food and a few drinks. The living room is a nice space for relaxing after a day out in Leeds. the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The shower in the main bathroom is gorgeous and the bath looked very inviting. I would definitely stay here again, if I was in Leeds.

I have written a previous review stating that I had not had my deposit returned, but whilst there was a longer than necessary delay, I have had it back in full with sincere apologies off the host, and I retract my previous review regarding this.

All I have to do on arrival is the Ryan and I was given a code to get the key from a key safe.

I did not like the fact that there were used toilet tissues in all the toilets. Which is unhygienic. The owner should check that all the bathroom and toilets are clean. PS : Bathrooms and toilet itself was spotless

Most of the Home appliances are new

No washing machine, no curtain, kitchen stuff are dirty, didn’t clean up the expired food/drinks in the fridge, chase several times / days to get the refund back, overall unpleasant stay for 2 nights

Good facilities and spacious for 4 of us on a golfing trip

No toilet paper, no tea towel and bare wire in shower in middle floor

Unfortunately the owner of this property cancelled my booking 30 minutes before the check in time
