One of the worst hotels I ever stayed
The rooms are clean and the staff is great. Fitness center and laundry on site are clutch. I did find it weird that the common areas (stairways, halls) don't seem to be cleaned often (we stayed 11 days and saw the same dirt over and over). Seems like maybe they need more staff to keep up with everything, which seems to be the case just about everywhere
Very clean and comfortable beds. Needs suitcase stands or bench, coffee maker. More dollies to load suitcases on, 2 or 3 people were waiting to use them.
I liked having a full size fridge that i barely used.
The beds are 6 inches off the floor. They're incredibly uncomfortable. The floors were filthy. Laminate floors and they ruined band new white socks. Our bare feet were black. The wqlls are paper thin, and yiu can hear EVERYTHING all night long. Worst hotel experience in a long time.
The check in process was not great because the rooms hadn’t been marked as clean so we couldn’t self check-in. Then the on staff person had to go physically check rooms to find one that was clean and ready. Cael was very helpful and nice tho and apologized for the inconvenience. Bed always great, room clean, bathroom was nice. Rooms were pretty noisy tho. Not much for soundproofing. I would expect the usual soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion in the bathroom for the price however only a bar of soap and shampoo were provided. Overall a decent stay.
The Kiosk didn’t work for me. Shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to check in. Had to wait for someone at the front desk to help me and another gentleman check in

Upon arrival the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was sparse, clean,, but felt like a dorm room. Noise from other rooms and hallway was loud. Kids were running up and down the hallways with no supervision. Felt like most guest were long term and overnight guests got the bad end of the deal. Fire alarm went off throughout the entire hotel at 10pm. Chaos ensued, employees were trying to shut off alarm. No clear direction. We left and checked into another hotel, as I had to be up at 4am for an early flight. I am requesting a refund.
When checking out, please have your staff cut short non essential phone calls to take care of your direct customers. I had to wait a very long time while listening to a speaker phone call that was clearly not business related.
