When we arrived, they said our reservation had been canceled due to overbooking by Expedia.
New property - very basic but clean with comfortable bed.. and the price was right for our late decision to stay in Missoula that evening.
Room smelled dirty and musty, bed was uncomfortable, noisy at night with people yelling and kids running down the halls. Do not recommend to stay here
Parking lot is sketchy and property was filthy. Payed but did not stay.
Property sold our room even thought we called twice and left them a message about arriving late. Very horrible experience. Customer service Lady wasn't even helpful. It's like she doesn't even work there at all because she didn't have basic information about the property
Good place to stop for a quick night sleep. No amenities and kind of dorm like. I did appreciate the space and size of room.
Advertised as being able to make meals then I got there to learn you have to buy pots and pans. O ly appliances were provided. It is bare bones and I mean absolutely nothing that’s not necessary other than a towel and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No curtains or anything. Location was right beside a railroad track so we heard that all night. Along with another guests dog barking and kids running up and down the hallways. I got a message the room was ready. Got there and the front desk staff had no clue if they even had a room for me even though I booked this room 2 months ahead. I will NEVER stay at a LivAway again anywhere. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed and 99% of it was because of false advertising.
Was a clean room but parking lot was very messy and there were some loud domestic disputes from 2 AM to 3 AM. Not normally a guy that writes poor reviews, but hotel staff didn’t seem to care what was going on and didn’t step in for the hour long argument.
Very clean, great customer service. But. . . It advertised a kitchenette and indeed had fridge, microwave, & cooktop. However there were absolutely no kitchen items: no utensils, bowls, plates, coffeemaker, etc. There were only two plastic cups in the bathroom. So I feel kitchenette was misleading - I have never stayed in a property advertising such without some basics included. Instead, guests are able to buy these items at the front desk. At the very least this should be described in the listing so guests are not surprised. I do note that coffee was available in the lobby,
