This property is difficult to find and get to for first timers. The check in was difficult. Multiple texts saying check in at kiosk but had to go to the desk to finish checking in. Staff was going to have me pay again until I told them that I thought I had prepaid through Expedia. He did correct himself. Room is very Spartan and could hear rooms above and next door.
Dirty lobby as well as room, boogers on the wall as well as just an over all gross, dirty room. Had to go to a nearby store and by some blankets to sleep on the bed. No way was I chancing sleeping in the bed. Couldn’t go to another hotel since other’s were charging $600/night.
Everything was fine
Clean and priced fairly. Wish they had pans to cook with. No hairdryer or iron either so was disappointing but overall satisfied.
Tv was not working - no coffee cups to get coffee in morning .. front desk staff needs professional development
Very clean and comfortable
Hair still left in the bathroom upon check in. 1 young employee working who didnt really care. I dont think ill be returning to whatever this place was called again.
Great customer service
Great hotel, clean room. Looks new, feels new. Kiosk check-in, no need to wait at front desk. Shower weak but expected. Only need to have a few kitchen utensils and toiletries on hand- nothing provided in room but shampoo
The hotel was not ready for a 3:00 check in. We had to wait for 40 minutes. And even when we had officially “checked in” the cleaning people were not done and ready.
