They cancel my reservation without any reason
Went for overnight trip. Was ok, super new, staff was awesome. Still getting bearings but would come back and stay if I return.
The WORST! They have our room away with 2 beds and 4 of us were meant to sleep in a king bed or sleep on the floor with a $40 discount. Unreal. NEVER BOOK HERE!! So wild they would strand a family on a holiday week.
We made a reservation weeks in advance and they informed us they were sold out of rooms after having to check in with a self-service kiosk and calling multiple times.
It was great.
I was very disappointed in the lack of amenities in room. Our main hotel could not book my employee for his extended stay and so we tried it out. I had to apologize to employee as there were no plates or anything and there was a 3 day wait on hair dryer and iron. When I mentioned this they said I could buy packages?? Wanted to make this our new corp stay, but I don't know now.
We tried to check into our room, it wasn’t ready and we were told to come back in thirty minutes. We came back in 50 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. We were given a $20 discount, which was nice, but when we got up to the room, we didn’t have any toilet paper or the shampoo, conditioner or hand soap. We had ONE towel. The beds were cheap. All around a terrible stay given how new and nice the hotel was made to seem.
A noisy police incident occurred our first night due to domestic partner violence. TV screen was broken upon arrival and unable to be fixed during our stay. Trash cans in front of the property were not emptied and overflowing during our stay.
Self check in failed, front desk informed me no rooms were available and offered me to stay at the hotel the following week. Was only in town for the night and still have yet to receive my refund for the unavailable room
Semi clean rooms. Beds were clean, however , the floor was dirty and our shower had hair in it. We had to wait to check in because they said they didn’t have enough staff to clean the rooms. Very limited amenities.
