The staff was very nice and friendly, but the floors in our room and bathroom were really dirty. Visible spills and drips from previous guests were on the floors as well as all around visible dirt and hair. I did some cleaning so I could feel comfortable- including cleaning grime off of light switch plates and brown “bits” off the front (outside the bowl) of the toilet.
Definitely a transient hotel, the self check in was alarming and didn’t feel safe as people were coming in and out and could see the screens with my information.
We were very disappointed in this hotel. The shower water temp was lukewarm. The sheets were scratchy. There was a kitchenette but no supplies. You had to purchase items to use the kitchen. We were on the 3rd floor and you could hear the people above you. And on top of all our disappointment, the cost of the room was pricey--$250 for a Saturday night. We will not stay at this hotel brand again.
The room was cleaned but not prepared. There were no towels, soap, glasses…..nothing. Toilet paper roll was not on the holder.
Newer extended stay property. Safe. Mostly quiet. Good price.
Check in process was silly! The self service kiosk wasn’t working and the doors were locked to get into the main lobby. Had to call the help number so they could call the front desk worker to open the door and check us in. She wasn’t very friendly. Barely greeted us at all. Just handed us our room key and that was it. The room was a little sparse, but nice and everything looked new, but the bathroom was missing a shower curtain and the bed linens were basically sheets, not very cozy. The price was good though
The location
I’m not sure what the situation was- the front office was nice but they didn’t have our room ready or reserved when we got here so they offered us a double which was fine- first room was not clean and did not have sheets on the bed. Second room was somewhat clean and we were headed to a concert so decide to deal with it. Definitely an odd situation and honestly not a very nice hotel or as nice as the photos. Staff was kind and doing their best!
