Lovely house in a good location. Very quiet. Parking for one car. Plenty of places to eat out in a reasonable walking distance if you dont want to cook.

"Needs a deep clean, new mattress and especially sort the smoke detectors"

Location

Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean kitchen work surfaces, microwave and fridge. Wash cutlery and the crockery that wasn’t chipped. Cobwebs in main bedroom, badly stained mattress. No smoke alarms in their holders. Illegal I think. Over flowing ashtray on the garden table with excess covering the garden. All furniture had a covering of dust.

Clean and centrally located

No hot water pressure in the top floor shower, also on top floor th e bed creaks something cronic with the slightest movement.

Access was easy, property smelt fresh and clean on arrival.

Shower in main bathroom did not work at all. Shower in EnSite has very low water pressure and did not keep a consistent temperature.

House was perfect and clean, everything you could need. The location is very central. If you have a second car you need to book a parking space as all double yellow lines
