Please don't book this property. The owners are rude, and the proof is very dirty. On arrival, we found boogies on the bedroom wall. Hairs in the shower and bath. The property says they are pet friendly, but they are not. There are a lot of rules on the wall relating to your dog. They have cameras in and around the property when I reported the issues. The owner tried to charge an extra 30 quid on top of the amount already paid through booking.com. We went away as a family of 5 for my daughters birthday, which was wrecked due to the condition of the property. The house is located in an area at the back of shops where neighbours are people from the shops sit outside till o'clock in the morning shouting and playing loud music. If you stay at this property, you will be deeply disappointed 😞.

Lovely property with everything you need, garden was bigger than expected and the kids loved it. The location was perfect- easy walking distance to the centre

Location is very good for walking into the city.

I have marked down the facilities as the hot tap in the bathroom sink was so stiff that we could not use it and this was mentioned in previous reviews for months before. Also we locked ourselves out of the top floor as it had a Yale lock on the stairs door and there was no key. I think it must be set up for student accommodation or HMO.

Great area, lovely house. Parking right outside the front door, fantastic location.

The mattress in the master bedroom wasn't to my personal taste, the single and double on the first floor were much comfier. Also, word of caution about the taps. Some of them are very difficult to turn off and the hot water becomes scalding very quickly. Be extra careful if you have small children!
