Perfect location - 2 minutes from the shops, 25 minutes from the castle. Hosts were very helpful when needed & quick to respond. All home comforts on hand.

The House was perfect 👌 clean, bright, and welcoming. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the living room furnished suitably and the garden perfect for having an alfresco meal in the evening, it was close to Lincoln centre and sited in a quiet residential area, a perfect place to stay in for a family or friends

excellent location to visit my son and his family, in a quiet location, the property was exceptionally clean and well presented bed was comfortable and with nice bedding, showers were lovely and hot,host communication was excellent and the parking was a bonus, lovely garden all in all an excellent stay looking forward to returning in October.

Nothing maybe a comfortable chair in the lounge it only has a 2 seater sofa there will be 4 of us next time 2 will have to sit on dining chairs.

The location is approx 10 minute walk into the centre, however, the area you have to walk through is rough and makes you feel vulnerable. In the daytime there were drunks and gangs hanging about. We left after a few hours as we did not feel safe and the house is surrounded by cctv for a reason! We took our dog but could not let it off lead in the garden as the grass was overgrown and full of thistles and nettles. A jar of cigarette butts next to the patio door was sickening. We told the host we were leaving and they said they had let the grass grow for no mow May!! There was no offer of a refund.

The location with allocated parking, 3 good bedrooms, equipped kitchen, garden area, key code door, 2 bathrooms, one ensuite plus downstairs WC.

Taps hard to turn on and off, especially shower! One sofa for more than 3 guests was a little cramped.

Perfectly located in the centre of Lincoln, very clean and well looked after with plenty of space for us as a family of 5. We would happily stay here again.
