Great location, less than 10min walk to the centre of Lincoln. Wonderfully spacious and well decorated house over three floors, nice big garden for the dog. Great host, had a couple of questions on arrival which were answered very quickly and even managed to check in a little early. Fabulous facilities, washing machine, dishwasher and tea/coffee available on arrival.

Double bed on the first floor was very creaky, a creak at every movement which wasn't ideal and the shower in the family bathroom was a bit fiddly (no worse than a 5* hotel tho).

The beds were very noisy even if our 2 year old was on them they squeaked a lot.

everything about this property was lovely, so spacious and clean, great location, and big garden. it has everything you could need!! host was so helpful and responded fast, i can’t praise this place enough!!

only 1 small sofa for 2 people and no other comfortable chairs for our third family member. only upright dining chairs. Also the double bed in the first floor is very creepy and noisy.
