It was a great sz and clean

The hall had an odor and the towels looked clean but didn’t smell clean and there was only one skillet.

Lorraine and Derrick were available and willing to help us solve any issues that might arise in a city we were not all that familiar with. They communicated promptly at any time, were very flexible with the demands of our schedule, and helped guide us through the process of checking in and finding our way around the entire days we were here, and in checking out. We will certainly renew this arrangement when we return to Baltimore.

Knowing specifics of a given apartment might help. A 14th floor apartment is lot quieter than a 2nd floor apartment just because of the street noise (duh?). If there is a coffeemaker, does it take coffee and filters or Keurig cups? There is silverware, there are pots and pans, dishwashers and washers and dryers, bring soap. The properties are a perfect opportunity for other businesses to lay out inexpensive city maps for eats, places to see, etc., local groceries, that aren't necessary to use a phone for, and you could carry along with you on your adventures. Coupons, etc. These must exist. Sometimes (1404) toilets run water 24/7. This is expensive for you. Sometimes smoke alarms are missing their covers (25 Light) that makes you worry if they function. These are all minor things, I agree, but can make a difference.

The apartment was big and had a washing Machine. centrally located in Baltimore.

Three Persons are involved in the rental process. I got a whatsapp message from a woman, who stopped answering questions and to help after the first messages. The guy who did the check in and needed to be contacted in advance didn't answer in whatsapp and other messengers. He needed to be called, no other chance to reach him, which was complicated and stressful. I could only do a phone call in USA because I have a special app for it. Once in the apartment, there was no baby bed for our daughter, which was confirmed beforehand by the owner via booking.com message. We had a horrible almost sleepless first night because of this. Next morning I texted the owner via booking.com to ask and to demand the confirmed baby bed with mattress. The owner was extremely rude and wanted us to leave the apartment within 2-3hours which was unacceptable and impossible. Only after very politely asking for a phone call in which i mentioned that i am sorry for asking for asking for the baby bed, he let us stay. In the same evening there came a baby bed, but without a proper mattress, which we did not get till the end. overall very bad check in process and communication between the 3 Persons in charge. I think they manage a lot of apartments, but which is no reason not to take care of the guests and fulfill confirmed demands.

The location of the property could not have been more perfect. Parking was easy and secure and the apartment was right above a coffee shop plus near restaurants and an easy walk to the light rail to the airport. It was layed our well and enough space for all of us comfortably. Check in was easy with Derrick and Lorraine was a joy, she even called to chat about things to do, places to go visit, and where to eat near by and her recommendations were spot on. For the price the amount of space you get is incredible.

The noise, which is to be expected for given being so central, and the beds could have been nicer, in terms of comfort.

Everything about the property was great. If I had to be honest and mark it down for one thing, it would be the lack of decorations or no, or no pictures on the walls. But who goes to a hotel for the wall decorations? The staff was remarkable and accommodating. If you choose to stay at and you wind up in the room where we were, be prepared for a difficult drop off near the apartments. There is not a lot of room to park to unload your luggage. That said, I still give this facility, the highest marks. My wife and I took advantage of the kitchen facilities by cooking most of our breakfasts and dinners in the room. The Mexican place across the street I highly recommend.

The free parking in the garage down the road, the size of the apartment (although we weren’t in it too often as was always out and about). The bed was very comfortable. There is some furniture that was broken or needed repairs/replacing. The kitchen could have more items to cook with.

The location is not the best for families. The building however is beautiful.
