Baltimore executive furnished properties at Inner Harbor Water st

It was very difficult to check-in at this property. I sent multiple messages, and when I arrived at the address, my phone calls were going to mailbox (which was full). Then the owner texted me thinking I was another guest (luckily, because that was how they realized their mistake). It turned out that they had our phone numbers messed up, so they likely sent my check-in instructions to another guest. Also, there were at least 3 people involved in the check-in/communication process until they all realized that they were calling the wrong number. It was very stressful! Also, I had originally booked 2 apartments, but I was told that there was a maintenance issue and we would be moved to a 2-bedroom apartment (which is cheaper than 2 apartments). I never got a refund for the difference, because when I call or text the number, nobody answers. Booking.com could not get ahold of them either. Clearly, their communication system is terrible. They also do not provide an invoice, so if you need this, forget it. Booking.com won't provide one for you, even though the owner may say so. The facilities are not great either. The elevator inspection expired in 2022, so there is a safety concern. One of the windows in the apartment was probably broken, because it was being hold close by two broomsticks. The apartment smells like pot, and it is quite noisy at night. Finally, if you are planning your trip based on the advertised address, a note of caution. The units may be located elsewhere (10 min walk), and I was not told about this until I got there.

The property was spacious and nice! It was very clean as well.

Collecting the keys is a process. Haha. It's easy and straight forward but if you drive and want to park in the provided parking, which was amazing, it will require some coordination to park in front, run up get pass, then park...just across the street though so again...amazing.

It can get drafty in the bedroom but there is a great central heating system. It worked without issue. Also, the bakery below let's off fumes one early morning that kept me awake.

There was a problem with their communication system, so it took a few phone calls and messages for me to find the place. After everything was sorted, the hosts were very responsive and attentive.

The host Lorraine, the Supers, Michelle and Derick were extremely gracious and VERY PLEASANT to associate with. They checked with us consistently to make sure that all our needs were met! The parking made the stay that much more rewarding. See you again!

No breakfast. Location was good, but otherwise this place was a dump.

Hasn't seen a paint brush in many years, breeze coming through the windows b/c they were in such bad condition. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom walls were disgusting. It was a dump.
