Umhlanga Luxury Promenade Suite at Oceans Apartments in Radisson Blu Tower

I really like the property’s location. The apartments was clean and comfortable. They had a smart TV and a very stable WiFi. The daily cleaning with no extra cost was so thoughtful.

The host can improve by buying more cutlery and a better couch

Generally the apartment was of a good quality with most things provided

There were 3 things and maybe it was us but 1. The TV had no local media, such as the local DSTV, only Netflix and other unknown foreign stations When asked the receptionist said there was no DSTV 2. For love or money I could not find a Security safe for valuables such as where to put your laptop when going out. 3. Hairdryer, women need this and there was not one Remember this was not a cheap stay R7875.79 for 2 nights

Good location easy check in

This property makes you check out at 10am. Check in is only allowed from 3pm. For the price that you are paying they do not even allow for late check outs unless you pay, what kind of a facility does not make provisions for a late check out. Especially one where check out is 10am. Ridiculous in my opinion. The hotel has a check out at 12pm which is more than comfortable. I suggest this property work on their check out times to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests.
