Umhlanga Luxury Promenade Suite at Oceans Apartments in Radisson Blu Tower

Everything was perfect - clean, smart tv connected to the internet, netflix, and other streaming apps, sound bar with bluetooth functionality. All new kitchen appliances, 2nd smart tv in the bedroom…bedroom with access to the balcony-sea view. Thanks for arranging early checkin - made a difference.

If the apartments’ reception could try attain same (high quality) service and customer experience standards as the hotel counter part….access card only one way (exit) access to the mall, guests cant use the access card back into the hotel.

Liked everything about the apartment

I am still waiting for a Tax invoice. Cannot understand why the delay.
