Location was amazing and great opportunity to look around Christchurch

Nothing to add here, perhaps you’re just a note to guests to bring bring shower gel and soap. Wrongly assumed there might be some in the bathroom not an issue as shops are literally on the doorstep.

Location - a short walk to the train station for the Waterloo direct train. Close to marsala bay restaurant for a good curry.

Very convenient flat, with everything we needed and various products and food stuff we forgot to buy, but luckily it was there :) the bed in the main bedroom is very comfy, the sofa too (to sit, Les comfy to sleep), kitchen and bathroom very practical. The owner was very helpful. The location is ideal.

The unfolded sofa is not too comfy for 2 adults, ok for 1 and the other can sleep on the part of the sofa that doesn't unfold but it's much comfier. The flat is not well insulated so it can get very cold but the heaters are very efficient. I would happily stay there again!

Location was great - right in the middle of Christchurch. Lovely flat, really comfortable. Jack was very helpful and prompt with communication.

The apartment is located dead centre of Christchurch so was incredibly convenient for us to get about, and inside the whole place was immaculate. Jack was incredibly helpful and was available during our entire stay for when we couldn't find things!

This was likely just me but for the life of me I couldn't find the key safe! I guess technically that means it was in a safe location but arriving late at night it took me 10 minutes fumbling around using my phone as a torch to find it!

Great location on the high street and easy walk to Abbey and nice walk along the river and local nature reserve. Hosts very welcoming and responsive. We came for a wedding and pretty much just used it to sleep in so can’t comment on all facilities but everything we needed was there. Very compact and well organised.

Only an issue if using living room sleeping facilities but bedroom is open plan to the corridor the bathroom is on - lack of privacy and potential disturbance of sleep. Mattress on sofa bed is thin snd you can feel the springs but the sofa itself is wide and comfortable enough for one person to sleep on top.
