Beautiful apartment, very nicely decorated and furnished. Great location in Christchurch, everything in walking distance. Jack was very helpful, left a nice welcome gift of wine, chocolates, biscuits and milk.

Just need somewhere to hang clothes, maybe a few hooks behind the doors or a rail in the bedroom.

This apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard and we had a very comfortable stay. It’s in a central location, easy to find and check in and the hosts are very helpful.

The host told me I could park outside to load and unload. The location of the parking area is not marked, the host doesn't have permission to let guests park there for any reason and the nearest parking area is 8mins walk away. I got a parking ticket midstay whilst loading my car which I had to walk 8 mins to fetch. VERY VERY MISLEADING. The bedroom is tiny, the mattress is very cheap the, the view overlooks a rear of shops parking lot, I hit my head on the light corridor light shade every time I walked under it. The dryer doesn't work...very cheap washing machine. The parking for load/unload is a big issue. A host should not tell guests they can park in areas that he doesn't have permission to use. It's also hard to work out where the key is. The host should really meet people when they arrive.

David stayed in touch with us from before our flight and he made our stay seamless. Bright and modern, warm and safe. Free and safe parking was recommended about a kilometre away. Local Patisserie and M+S 100metres nearby.
